What does it take to become a EP Henry Authorized Contractor®? North Greece Landscape was educated, trained, and qualified by EP Henry to be sure we were capable to perform the complete scope of your project. We developed an in-depth profile detailing the services that North Greece Landscape provides, including: project size, wall heights, masonry work, landscaping, lighting, water features, and more. EP Henry then inspect our work before validating us as an Authorized Contractor.
North Greece Landscape must meet the following requirements:
- Have successfully completed the ICPI Contractor Skills Certification course and the NCMA’s Segmental Retaining Wall Certification (for wall construction only)
- Pass a credit check approval process
- Have general liability insurance and Workman’s Compensation (where applicable)
- Offer a guarantee on their workmanship for a minimum of three (3) years
- Required to install products in compliance with ICPI, NCMA and EP Henry standards
- Commit to following up on all leads generated by EP Henry within three (3) business days*
